Linjan A project in the woods. Been hosting a few couchsurfers and art projects. I got the house at a bankruptcy auction for 8400 euros.

No one had been living there for two years when I got it, so I started to fix the place, and it is slowly coming together. I want the house to be somewhere nice to live (already is), a place for creative projects or just to relax. Sometime in the future it would be nice to have a studio in the other building at the property and the plan is to continue developing guestrooms etc. for friends, couchsurfers or just anyone who wants to visit for whatever reason.

Trying to stay busy at Linjan, and since it is pretty off-putting or impossible to do most kinds of renovation work in the cold, I decided to focus on a couple of branches that needs to come down. The challenge was that the first one was almost directly above the pizza oven. Luckily I managed to steer it clear of the oven by pulling it with a rope. The next one(s) should be easier.
