Huskytouren Nordisk Vildmarksupplevelse bietet ihnen einmalige geführte Schlittenhundetouren mit Malamute und Husky im Fulufjället Nationalpark, Schweden.

Nodisk Vildmarksupplevelse ist ein Familienunternehmen, seit über 20 Jahren geführt von Kristin und Christer auf ihrem Bauenhof Stykketgården in wunderschöner Umgebung am westlichen Ufer des Fulan, über eine Brücke verbunden mit dem Dorf Sörsjön, im nördlichen Zipfel der schwedischen Provinz Dalarna. Neben Pferden, Schafen, Ziegen und Highlandrindern, gehört ihr Hauptaugenmerk den Hunden. Sie sind

eine der bekanntesten Züchter für Alaskan Malamute´s in Schweden und auch auf Langdistanzrennen, wie Polardistans, Femundsløpet und Finnmarksløpet von 300 bis 600km länge vertreten und üben einen großen Einluss um die Rasse als Arbeitshund aus, was, unter Anderem, durch den Vorsitz des Malamute Klubben in Schweden sichtbar ist. Die Touren gehen von ein Paar Stunden über 2,3 und 5 vollen Tagen, oder aber man beteiligt sich über eine Woche an den alljährlichen Vorbereitungstrainings im November. Hinzu kommen der Anreisetag und der Abreisetag, die man ebenfalls vor Ort, in einem kleinen Hotel Namens Norrsjön, welches über eine Sauna und angenehme Atmosphäre verfügt, verbringt. The dates for the upcoming season off sleddog tours is set up, the dates are included arrival day and departure day.
We offer training-weeks, 2-days, 3-days and 5-day tours. Read further down what the tours is about and wich dates.

Get an experience for a life time with us. Come alone or with friends and try sled-dog driving. Every person in the group will have their own team with dogs and sled, you will have your equipment in the sled and travel through mountains (national park) and valleys in all kinds of weather. All tours is guided.

TRAINING-WEEK
On this tour we are mainly training the dogs for the upcoming season, we get to know the dogs more on a week like this. We do puppy walks in the forest, we do dog-driving with a wagon or sled (depending on snow) and learn more about the dogs and how we train them. You live in our cabin the whole week and we do the tours from home.

2-DAY TOUR
On this tour we are out one night in the wild with the dogs. We drive from our farm with the dog teams and equipment and stay at a cabin. The day after we drive back to the farm.
