We have big interest and a good knowledge of a variety of constructive systems, urban studies, new technologi
es, theory and history of architecture, art, society and culture. Low-income housing, indigenous people’s life, women rights, sustainable development in our cities, public space and its advantages, segregation, cultural challenges of the XXI century, minority groups within dominant societies, multiculturalism and diversity are subjects that interest us and that we include in my work. We have been active and in contact with different political organizations, NGO and independent groups in our workshop. GVCH Spirit Workshop is in constant development and we like to create new possibilities to express our projects. We are creative people whose works environments throughout space, time’s dimension and aesthetic principles. We think “visually” as a strategy in creative process, either if it’s a building, city, film, photo or idea. We are observer of our surroundings. We take information in, defragment it, work on it, analyze it, to finally create something productive and positive. We humans at GVCH Spirit Workshop are in constant communication with the world, nature, our own specie and our place on earth. The result of these connections create a dialectic between creative and intellectuality. Guillermo Valerdi BIO: 26 years old, from Mexico City.
