OMNIPOLLO®️ x Corporate Ladder Brewing DESSERT STATION BOURBON BARREL AGED RASPBERRY WILD BLUEBERRY (Vaccinium myrtillus variety) CHEESECAKE SOUR (12%)

14 months ago we racked a heavily fruited raspberry sour into a mix of Buffalo Trace and Wyoming Bourbon barrels. What came out of these barrel was a liquid unlike anything we’d ever tasted. Big, rich, complex.

But why stop there?

Together with the guys at Corporate Ladder we decided that we’d condition this b**r further in an extreme charge of wild blueberries (Vaccinium myrtillus) and give it a cheesecake treatment.

The result: breathtaking.
