What started as a home-brew competition back in 2014, arranged in partnership with our beloved friends at Siren (UK) led us to brew a series of insanely delicious beers. Lorelei got wings and we just cannot stop coming back to this recipe. This 8th vintage is a blend of imperial porter aged 32 months in freshly emptied Double Oaked Woodford Reserve barrels, imperial porter aged 38 months in Indiana Rye Whiskey barrels (95% rye) and imperial porter aged 32 months in Jack Daniels barrels. Conditioned on massive amounts of toasted coconut, vanilla and maple syrup.
