From 27 July 2020 your partner from a country to which an entry ban applies may travel to the Netherlands under certain conditions. Your partner may stay in the Netherlands for up to 90 days within a 180-day period. Children under the age of 18 can also travel with your partner.

Third step: once you've made up your mind to where to go on your next holiday book an appointment at https://www.vfsglobal.com/en/individuals/index.html. Book the appointment at least two or three months before your travel as it takes time to approve the visa. Additionally, you have to collect first all the documents you need as stated on my previous post. Every country has its own requirements so please do a thorough run through on the list of the requirements.

Second step is to collect all the documents you need and what they require. Common documents are:
1. Copy of your passport, the details and all its pages with stamp.
2. Boarding passes on your previous travels (if applicable)
3. Certificate of Employment and Approved Leave
4. Company ID
5. Bank statement (at least three months prior to your application)
6. Append your itinerary
7. Travel insurance
8. Hotel Bookings
9. Flight details ( I usually call the airline first to reserve a ticket, it is only valid for 24hrs )

Tips:
a. Save a copy of all your important documents in a hard drive or a thumb drive, plus copy in your email or cloud server so that if in case you needed them right away you can easily access and print it out wherever you are.
b. Do not book your flight first, book them once your visa application is approved.
