Our 7-day trip was truly wonderful, and the hotel arrangements throughout were excellent. We are very grateful to Dawa for his patience and impeccable service. He never got tired of helping a very particular me take photos, carrying our belongings, and going the extra mile in every way.
Knowing that we were celebrating our 20th anniversary, he even prepared a surprise cake for us, and the hotel also made special arrangements. I had a strong wish to see the night view—after we had already arrived back at the hotel, he still drove us out again just so I could take photos. Thanks to him we had many great pictures!
He also helped us borrow traditional Bhutanese attire for photos. During every hike, he thoughtfully brought a thermos and prepared hot suja and lemon honey tea for us. His service was attentive, thoughtful, and absolutely reliable, and he has the most patient and pleasant personality.
Our driver Ugyen was also excellent. Every time he would open the car door for us, help with our luggage, and take care of us getting in and out of the car. Driving five hours from Gangtey to Paro must have been very tiring, but he remained so professional and kind throughout，he also took very good pictures!
We are truly grateful to both of them for making our journey so perfect. It was a soulful and unforgettable trip, and we enjoyed every moment of it. - Yufeng Wei
