How to cook this yummy dish? ๐ค
โขPrepare ingredients
โขFinely chop 1 Garlic and Parsley. Slice remaining Garlic
โขPrepare topping and sauce
โขIn a pan, add some Oil, chopped Garlic and Breadcrumbs. โขSaute until Breadcrumbs is golden brown and crisp. Add Salt and half of the Parsley and set aside
โขIn a cold saucepan, add remaining Oil and sliced Garlic. Bring to a simmer until Garlic are lightly browned. Turn off heat and add Chilli Flakes and Salt
โขIn a pot of boiling water, cook Pasta according to packaging. โขDrain and add to sauce
โขToss to combine Pasta and sauce. Add Lemon Juice and โขParsley and toss to combine well
Assemble
โขTop with Breadcrumb topping and serve.
