Its humble beginnings took root in the culture-rich Wayang Street (now known Eu Tong Sen Street). Its traditional fish head steamboat offers a uniquely Singapore dining experience. Each bowl of Nan Hwa Fishboat's invigorating, silky-smooth fish soup is brimmed with goodness and has won the hearts of many over the years. Till this day, the brand is still driven by a mission to recapture the nostalgia of families and friends bonding over a traditional steamboat meal. Unlike other contemporary gas-stove steamboats, every steamboat at Nan Hwa Chong Fish Head Steamboat uses charcoal and is prepared freshly upon order.
