Edwin Lim has been a volunteer guide/conservationist with the Singapore Zoo for over 20 years and as a volunteer guide with the Singapore's National Parks Board for over 15 years. I enjoy sharing information with people and that has led me to become a Singapore Tourism Board-licensed tourist guide 15 years ago. Most of my clients come from the US, but I also have had tourists from India, the UK, Germany, Poland, Australia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. Guided Sue, Carol, Mitch and Archie over two tours in Singapore recently. These nice folks are some of my best tour guests, what with their great sense of humour and easy-going demeanour. It makes touring all the more fun for everyone.

We didnt just got off on a right note but a HILARIOUS one too! We were chatting at the hotel lobby for a good 10 minutes while waiting for my guests and them waiting for their guide without knowing we were waiting for each other! They told me they had not seen other fellow Aussies since arriving 3--4 days ago and were excited to hear my guests were Aussies and they were eager to see them. After texting each other and still not seeing "each other", we proceeded to the 2nd floor hotel lobby to check and that was when Sue asked me if I happened to be Edwin....to rapturous laughter!
