This week, I chose to walk away from a client who changed their requests after agreeing to an all-inclusive package. I had already spent hours securing rare mountain accommodations, rearranging room setups, finding halal meals in remote areas, and gently steering them away from unsafe plans. Then came the message asking for a price breakdown and a 20% discount. That was my line.

Trust matters. Boundaries matter. And integrity? It’s something I never compromise.

If that means losing a booking and gaining a well-deserved sundae, I’m completely fine with it. 🍨✨

A typhoon warning hit just as our clients were about to head to Alishan. Their stay was cancelled, trains sold out, and rain threatened their plans.

A good start of the week for us. Our client Chris, has just returned from a fabulous Taiwan vacation with her family during the June vacation and has provided a positive review for us.

As a thin resource organisation, we are not active on social media, because we spent most of our time crafting itineraries for clients and site visiting.
