🕋 ENHANCED MEDICAL ASSESSMENT FOR HAJ 1448H/2027

Have you received your Letter of Intent (LOI) for Haj 1448H/2027?

If the answer is Yes, then all LOI recipients are reminded to arrange and complete their mandatory Enhanced Medical Assessment with a MUIS-appointed medical service provider by:

The assessment includes:

✅ Clinical and physical examination
✅ Blood tests
✅ Blood-pressure assessment
✅ Chest X-ray
✅ Electrocardiogram (ECG)
✅ BMI and cognitive assessment
✅ Mobility and walking tests

Please bring your NRIC and Letter of Intent, provide complete information about your medical conditions and medications, and wear proper sports shoes for the mobility assessment.

Haj requires more than physical stamina. Prospective pilgrims must also be medically fit and capable of performing the rituals safely and independently.

Those certified medically fit must accept their LOI through the MyHajSG portal by 18 October 2026. Applicants are strongly encouraged to book their appointments early and not wait until the deadline.

AMTAS fully supports this important initiative, which prioritises the health, safety and well-being of our future Duyufurrahman—both individually and collectively.

We hope all prospective pilgrims will understand and adhere to these requirements. Early preparation and honest disclosure of one’s medical condition will contribute towards a safer, better-prepared and smoother Haj journey for everyone.

🕋 Reminder to all intending pilgrims 🕋

Do not risk your Hajj by entering through illegal means.
Hajj is a sacred journey that requires sincerity, patience, and obedience — including adhering to the laws set for its performance.

Ensure you perform Hajj through the proper and legal channels, with a valid Hajj visa approved by the authorities.

Let us safeguard the sanctity of our Ibadah and avoid actions that may jeopardise our pilgrimage.

May Allah grant us a Hajj that is accepted, safe, and full of barakah. 🤲🏻

A “shortcut” to Haj can cost you everything.

Performing Haj without a valid Haj permit or visa may lead to financial loss, travel complications, and being unable to complete the rites.

Alhamdulillah, AMTAS was honoured to be represented by Ustazah Juyda Noor Mohamad, Honorary Secretary of AMTAS, in sharing key insights on Hajj operations and management with 900 Singapore pilgrims at the Pre-Hajj Departure Briefing held at Suntec City.

In collaboration with the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore and the seven appointed travel agents, we remain committed to serving Singapore pilgrims and ensuring a smooth, well-coordinated Hajj journey for all.

This morning, the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS) convened an operational briefing and Muzakarah Haji session for all officials and directors representing the seven appointed Hajj travel agencies.

The session aimed to ensure the smooth planning and coordination of Hajj operations, while also facilitating discussions on key rulings and matters related to the pilgrimage.

In collaboration with Association of Muslim Travel Agents Singapore and the appointed Hajj travel agencies, insyaAllah, we stand ready to serve and support our Singaporean pilgrims.

Brisk Walk AMTAS untuk Jemaah Haji 1447H/2026
Ahad, 12 April 2026

Alhamdulillah, satu pagi yang penuh makna bersama para jemaah dalam menyertai Brisk Walk anjuran AMTAS dan disokong oleh Pihak MUIS serta HPB.

Program ini bukan sekadar aktiviti riadah, tetapi merupakan satu usaha yang bermakna dalam mempersiapkan diri kita dari segi fizikal, mental dan juga rohani bagi menghadapi perjalanan ibadah Haji yang penuh dengan cabaran dan ganjaran.

Setiap langkah yang diambil hari ini adalah satu peringatan tentang ketahanan, kesabaran dan kekuatan yang diperlukan dalam menunaikan ibadah yang agung ini. Semoga segala usaha kita diterima oleh Allah ﷻ, diberkati dengan barakah, dan menjadi sumber kekuatan untuk kita melaksanakan ibadah Haji dengan sebaik-baiknya dan penuh keikhlasan.

HAJJ 1447H / 2026 BRISK WALK

Alhamdulillah, the Brisk Walk programme for Singaporean Hajj pilgrims was successfully held, bringing together our jemaah in a meaningful step towards their sacred journey.

We thanked the Islamic Religious Council Singapore (MUIS) and HPB for their support and we are deeply honoured by the presence of Faishal Ibrahim, who joined us from start to end. His support is a strong affirmation of our collective commitment towards strengthening the well-being, readiness, and resilience of our pilgrims.

This programme goes beyond a simple recreational activity—it is part of a holistic preparation, nurturing our physical strength, mental readiness, and spiritual focus as we embark on the journey of Hajj, a journey filled with both challenges and immense rewards.

May every step taken be counted as an act of ibadah, and may all our efforts be accepted as a source of strength in attaining a Hajj Mabrur, insyaAllah.

We are honoured to share that the seven appointed Hajj travel agents have been recognised by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) for their strong support towards the meaningful initiative, “Jaga Kesihatan, Jaga Ummah.”

This programme reflects a collective commitment to prioritising health and well-being, especially in preparing our Hajj pilgrims for the physical demands of this sacred journey. Through the Get Fit for Hajj initiative, both travel agents and pilgrims came together to build strength, endurance, and readiness—ensuring they are better equipped to perform the Hajj rituals with ease and excellence.

The award presentation ceremony was held in the afternoon, marking a proud and significant milestone for all involved. It stands as a testament to the dedication and unity in safeguarding the well-being of our jemaah.

May these efforts continue to bring barakah and serve as a source of strength for all pilgrims on their journey. 🌙

Alhamdulillah, segala persiapan bagi musim Haji 1447H/2026M sedang berjalan dengan teratur dan lancar. InsyaAllah, pihak AMTAS bersama MUIS akan terus memperkukuhkan kerjasama strategik dalam memastikan pengurusan perjalanan haji jemaah Singapura dilaksanakan dengan sebaiknya.

Keutamaan akan sentiasa diberikan kepada aspek keselamatan, kesihatan serta kesejahteraan para jemaah, selaras dengan komitmen berterusan untuk memberikan pengalaman ibadah haji yang teratur, selamat dan penuh keberkatan.

Semoga setiap urusan dipermudahkan dan para jemaah dikurniakan Haji yang mabrur, insyaAllah.

Jemaah haji tahun ini akan menaiki penerbangan langsung antara SG dengan Arab Saudi dan akan menggunakan pengangkutan darat seberapa boleh bagi elakkan gangguan perjalanan antara Makkah, Madinah dengan Jeddah.

Dalam ucapannya di Parlimen, Dr Faishal berkata MUIS dan AMTAS juga sedang membangunkan pelan kontingensi bagi sebarang gangguan pada musim haji ini.

Beliau menegaskan bahawa keselamatan dan kebajikan para jemaah tetap menjadi keutamaan.
