Ticket Amendment Policy:

1) All ticket holder passengers departing from 18 March 2020 - 14 April 2020 can be change to a later date. Tentative travel dates must be completed by 30 June 2020.

2) If you purchased your ticket through our ticketing desks office, please contact us directly via whatsapp at 9174 5645.

"All our coaches will be lockdown for the affected period as announced by the Government of Malaysia from 18 March 2020 - 31st March 2020.. To all Transnasional Express tickets holders for the affected period, please keep your tickets as we will accept the tickets for use from 1st April 2020- 30th April 2020.

Any misplaced or missing tickets holder won't be entertained. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thank you."
