Our journey continues with even more fun and discoveries in Southern Thailand! 🚌✨
🏝️ Samila Beach (Songkhla) – Famous for its iconic Golden Mermaid Statue, this beach is not just about the sea breeze and white sands. It is also rich in local legends, where the mermaid symbolizes eternal love and patience. A perfect spot for photos and relaxation.
🐘 Elephant Camp – We spent time learning and connecting with these gentle giants. Watching the elephants in action was both entertaining and eye-opening, giving us a glimpse into the bond between humans and animals in Thai culture.
🕌 Jamek Mosque – A beautiful mosque that reflects the deep Islamic heritage of the region. With its serene atmosphere and stunning design, it’s a place of peace that reminded us of the strong cultural and spiritual roots of the Muslim community here.
🛶 Floating Market (Khlong Hae) – Truly a highlight of the day! The market is alive with colorful boats, friendly sellers, and irresistible local delicacies — from Thai snacks, fresh fruits, grilled seafood, to unique souvenirs. The experience of buying food straight from the boats is simply unforgettable.
🍲 BBQ Steamboat Dinner at Khlong Hae Seafood Restaurant – We ended the day with a feast of freshly grilled seafood, hotpot, and delicious Thai flavors. The atmosphere was lively, the food was mouth-watering, and the laughter around the table made it even more special.
✨ A perfect blend of culture, history, food, and fun — Day 3 will surely stay in our memories for a long time!
