After 2 years off-grid, Chef Mint came back madder than ever—Wagyu burgers blazing: 𝗠𝗼𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘃 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 (chipotle-habanero blend), 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰 (tamago magic), 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗳𝗶𝗮, and the OG 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗸𝗶 𝗨𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗶. Our 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 and we had zero clue what to expect — but the love was unreal. You queued, got your feet sandy, and showed up for us like we’d been beach grilling forever. We served our Kalua Lamb Carcass in our customised Asador Pit, fired up the pits, and slung out our 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗠𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝘀 straight from the fire into your hands.

Oh, and did we mention 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗽𝗼𝗼𝗹? Yep — full suit, full smoke, full drama. It was wild, it was sweaty, and we had the time of our lives.

We didn’t just serve meals — we served ✨𝒎𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔✨. From our limited-edition 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗶 𝗥𝗮𝘆𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 to seasonal 𝗞𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀, and even 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀 that sparked joy (literally). We even teamed up with Red Bull for collabs that gave us wings, and invented our very own signature drinks : 𝗧𝗦𝗢 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗦𝗢 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, poured into quirky tiki cups that made even your drink feel dressed up.

Our burger lineup was straight-up unhinged — in the best way. From the messy legend Sloppy Joe to that bougie Wagyu Sando... each one had a cult following.
