They began cooking for weddings at Singapore Turf Club quarters and launched their first family food stall, Delima Chicken Rice at Adam Road and are now located at Timbre+
Forty years later and the next generation of Jamil Catering is still cooking and serving people on special occasions. The family prides itself as a family of cooks, and is always happy to customise orders, whatever your request may be. Their Nasi Jagung, Nasi Kunyit and their unique take on the favourite Briyani Dam Kukus are made only with steaming, instead of conventional cooking.
