Our guests digging into a crispy, golden murtabak (a stuffed griddle-fried pancake filled with spiced meat, egg, and onions) at Zam Zam, one of Singapore's most legendary murtabak spots, serving up this dish since 1908! Paired with a side of tangy curry and pickled onions, it's the kind of dish that makes a food tour unforgettable: crispy on the outside, packed with flavor on the inside, and best enjoyed with good company.
