Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities:
To advice, guide and motivate site line management on all QA activities and related • technical matters.
• To implement, operate and maintain Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9000 standard.
To be responsible for all relevant QA/QC training for all site personnel and ensuring that all personnel understand and deliver their QA/QC
responsibilities as per quality plan procedures.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Welding Engineering or equivalent.
• IRCA (UK) Registered Lead Assessor or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in offshore oil & gas facility construction including live installations.
Minimum 8 years management experience in establishment, operation and maintenance of QMS in accordance with ISO 9000, with the
capability of developing QMS, work procedures and inspection plans.
Legal & Contract Manager

Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing contract and all types of legal documents including bids, concession agreements, JV,
consultancy contract, LOA, MOU, NDA, O&M, ITB, lease license, etc.

• Contract management and advising the top management on the legal nuances of contractual issues.
To identify issues and/or potential problems and to recommend strategies to avoid or to resolve related issues in the various transactions entered
by TECO.
•
• To review and provide legal advice on documentation relating to the appointment of third party contractors or agents for TECO.
• To draft/peruse and amend agreements and other legal documentations.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years relevant experience as a commercial lawyer, with a minimum of 6 years either as an in-house oil and gas E&P lawyer or
specializing in oil and gas E&P in private practice.

• Satisfactory completion of appropriate oil and gas law training courses to supplement formal legal training/on the job training.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Corporate Law, Contract Management or equivalent.

QA/QC Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Preparation, implementation, monitoring, revision and updating of Contract Quality Plan.
• Develop, prepare, implement and monitor of all Contract Specific Procedures and Work Instructions.
• Monitoring sub-contractors Quality System and Quality Performance.
• Preparation, implementation, revision and monitoring Quality Control Plans and record Quality activities.
• Report and liaison with Petronas on all Quality related matters.
• Audit – internal and external, follow-up with Corrective and Preventative Action Plans.
Overall control, supervision and implementation of Contract quality and technical requirements, resolution of quality problems, preparation and
maintenance of Contract Quality records.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering
(Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.

• Attended Lead Assessor’s Training Course and a Qualified Internal Quality Auditor.
• Minimum 12 years relevant experience in offshore oil & gas facility construction.
• Minimum 4 years management experience in establishment, operation and maintenance of QMS in compliance with ISO 9000.
• Familiar with ANSI, ASME, ASTM, API, ISO and BS codes and standards used in oil & gas industries.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop the organisation’s engineering competence and shall be directly responsible to the Project Manager on all pipeline engineering,
planning, materials and all other technical services essential to support the construction activities.

• To work in close liaison with PETRONAS Carigali’s engineers to advise on the technical aspects related to the project.
• Liaise with PETRONAS Carigali engineers for all design, planning, and materials, problems that may arise and to propose solution.
Select, develop and deploy engineering expertise to ensure projects are completed on time in accordance with budgetary and quality
requirements.
•
• Develop engineering standards, systems and procedures within the organisation.
• Manage the resources of to meet the budget requirements for the projects.
• and profitable manner.
• Undertakes design reviews.
• Monitors program requirements in accordance with plans, specifications and company and statutory standards.
• Coordinates preparation and delivery of project deliverables, analysis, design documents, and bid packages.
Assigns and oversees project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project such as engineering analyseson pipelay, mooring, lifting,
transportation and load-out.
• Reviews design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
• Directs integration of engineering activities and operation.
• Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.
• Prepares interim and completion project reports.
• Interfaces with client to provide project engineering analysis.
• Provides status and progress to project team, management and client.
He shall monitor the compilation as-built reports on the project to ensure information is compiled for the completion reports and the projects
database.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Marine Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 12 years relevant experience in any engineering discipline of which 8 years to be in the offshore structural & pipeline installation
industry.

Must have had significant involvement on five (5) major offshore structural and pipeline installation projects and experience with network
planning.
•
• Must be a professional engineer registered with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia.
