We refer to the recent reports alleging the closure of Mileslife in China. These reports are without merit, and the app remains functional in Mainland China. However, we understand that users have reported limited instances where selected merchants have temporarily suspended the acceptance of Mileslife following these allegations - our team is working hard to reach out to all valued partners to address their concerns, and seek your understanding for any inconvenience caused during this time.
We note concerns regarding the temporary suspension of the Mileslife check-in function - please be advised that this was due to an urgent technical update, and the functionality has since been resumed. Users who were unable to check-in on 16 Apr will be provided with an automatic reinstatement. Please allow 1 - 2 working days for this to be reflected in your account.
