Sever Instruments is a music shop with years of tradition. We can deliver anything from a guitar pick to a piano. Our main difference from other music shops is in making custom made guitars and basses. We also perform repairs and full maintenance of any music instrument. You can visit us in our shop in Izola every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. For any additional term you can contact us via e-mail or phone and arrange it in advance. We were contacted by Marsel Tkavc, the proud owner of a very special piece of Sever history.

Several years ago, Marsel Tkavc received an unforgettable gift from his family – a Sever Custom S2 guitar originally built in the mid-1990s for Tine Kovič, which is why the headstock still proudly carries the "TK" initials.

Crafted from beautiful exotic woods and fitted with elegant gold hardware, this instrument is a perfect example of the custom work that defined many of our early builds. Not only does it look stunning, but it was designed to deliver a rich, inspiring tone and exceptional playability.

It's always a pleasure to see one of our instruments resurface after so many years and find a loving home where it is appreciated and played. Seeing guitars like this continue their journey reminds us why they were built in the first place.

Thank you, Marsel, for reaching out and sharing this wonderful guitar with us. We hope it still plays as beautifully today as it was intended to when it left our workshop all those years ago.
