Preden smo šli na lov na tartufe, smo zamesili in naredili fuže (pod skrbnim vodstvom Rozane Prešern) in jih bogato zabelili s svežimi tartufi.

🌿 Začenja se sezona "tartufarskih" doživetij! 🍽️🐶

Pomlad prinaša prve goste, ki se podajajo na pristno istrsko pustolovščino – lov na tartufe v družbi izkušenega tartufarja in njegovega zvestega psa. Nekaj terminov je že odprtih, nove pa dodajamo skoraj vsak dan!

Po vznemirljivem iskanju skrivnostnih gomoljev sledi še kulinarično razvajanje:
🍝 Kuhanje in okušanje fužev s tartufi
🥂 Prigrizki s tartufi in kozarec vrhunske malvazije (ali domači brezalkoholni napitek)
🌞 Sproščeno druženje pod pergolo pristne istrske domačije
