As we were driving through Goriška Brda, we almost drove past this little village.
From the road, it looked simple: a few stone houses, vineyards covering the hills, and a quiet church overlooking it all.

Last summer, a couple joined us for a private boat trip along the Croatian coast.

People often spend so much time chasing the next destination that they forget to notice everything in between.

The quiet mountain road that takes your breath away.

One of our guests spotted a small white church along our route through the Alps, with the Zugspitze rising in the background.

“Can we stop here for a moment?” It wasn’t part of the itinerary, but we stopped anyway. No ticket office. No souvenir shops. No crowds. Just a quiet village, fresh mountain air and nice views.
