How to get the freshest fish from your local restaurant in Piran?

If you visit Piran, don't pass on the opportunity, and try their local fresh fish!
They usually get them on the same day, in the early mornings from fishermen, so it is as fresh as it can get!

but what is the first step?
Ask the restaurant to bring their fish selection out to you raw.

Check the smell, and if their eyes are foggy or not.
If it is nice and translucent, it is fresh!
Make a divit with your finger onto the fish.
If the skin is firm and elastic, it is fresh, and ready for the grill!

Let me introduce our little humble abode!

This beautiful holiday home is only a few steps away from the Adriatic Sea!
Equipped with lots of cool amenities for your comfort, such as a huge, comfy bed, Netflix and a Nespresso coffee machine so you only chill after you discovered entirely this lovely city of Piran! 😎

It is only a short walk away from the beach and the famous Tartini square with a breathtaking view of the Venetian architecture.
Our home was built around the 1800's, so it is a traditional house of Piran and staying in it will be a true experience!
