▪️ International Holocaust Remembrance Day is observed on 27 January. On this day in 1945, the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp was liberated.

▪️ Exactly ten years ago, the Holocaust Museum in Sered / Múzeum holokaustu v Seredi was opened on the site from which Jews were deported to Auschwitz and Birkenau.
