Visit the Museum, Potcake Place, and local eateries or take a guided tour arranged by the hotel on Providenciales or venture over to the sister islands of North and Middle Caicos for a day trip. Larger Rooms
The Bristol Suite and the Egret Suites are on the upper level and a combination of two queen bedrooms with connecting doors. Ideal for families or groups.

Poolside
Seascape salt-water pool is surrounded by small palms and flowers. We recommend wearing flip flops as the trex flooring can get hot on sunny days. Grace Bay beach is in walking distance too.

Packing Tips
Flip-flops for around the pool, sanitizing wipes, sunhat and sunblock.

Also
Smoking is not allowed. The hotel also offers airport transfers for $35 each way, and an insiders’ tour of North and Middle Caicos can be reserved.

Pets are not allowed
Children
Under-fives stay free. A babysitting service is provided by the hotel maids ($20 p/hr up to 2 kids and a small tip is also suggested).

TURKS AND CAICOS STAMP DUTY FEES APPLY TO ALL ISLANDS:
Did you know that here in the Turks and Caicos there is no Property Tax? In lieu of this, the purchaser pays a one time Government Stamp Duty on the real estate purchase. This amount is payable to the Turks and Caicos Government at Closing and is a percentage of the “value” of the property transferred (as opposed to the price paid). The applicable stamp duty rate depends upon the value of the property transferred and the island where it is located.
