✨ I finally experienced the brand-new Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away Parade at Magic Kingdom — and it was pure magic! 🌟🏰

We grabbed a front row spot on Main Street, U.S.A. and watched glowing floats featuring Rapunzel, Frozen, and Encanto light up the night as the parade traveled from Town Square to Frontierland. Absolutely breathtaking! ✨💜

✨ I finally got to experience Disney’s Starlight: Dream the Night Away Parade at Magic Kingdom — and it completely lived up to the hype! 🌟

We arrived EARLY to grab a front row spot on Main Street, and it was absolutely worth it. Watching the floats come down the parade route from Town Square toward Frontierland with Cinderella Castle shining in the background felt pure Disney magic. ✨

“Best day ever!” 💜✨ And what better way to celebrate than with the Rapunzel Sundae from Storybook Treats at Magic Kingdom!

Rapunzel has always been my favorite princess, so this was a must-try for me. This dreamy sundae features DOLE Whip lemon and wild berry swirls topped with fresh berries, lavender sugar, and a beautiful white chocolate piece inspired by Rapunzel’s floating lanterns. 🌸🏮

It’s light, refreshing, colorful, and perfectly themed for any Tangled fan!

Ahoy mateys! 🏴‍☠️🍹 We dropped anchor at Beak & Barrel for lunch at Magic Kingdom, and it did not disappoint!

We tried the ISLAND PROVISIONS featuring plantain chips, blue corn tortillas, toasted flatbread, and flavorful dips like mango chutney, garlic chimichurri, spiced guava, and zesty culantro cream.

We also loved the COOK’S CORN GRIDDLE CAKES — warm corn cakes stuffed with melted cheese and topped with lime sour cream, chili peppers, cotija, and chipotle-braised chicken. 🌽🔥

For drinks, the HIBISCUS RUM PUNCH ROYALE was refreshing and tropical, while the BARRELS ABLAZE brought a smoky-sweet kick with whiskey, honey, lemon, and chile. 🍹

Pro tip ☠️ Since this is a “working pirates tavern,” you may end up standing while you eat and drink. If you’d prefer a sit-down table, you can request one — just be prepared for a longer wait. Which we opted for. You have a 45 minite time limit in the bar.

Saved the best for last… a full day at the— Magic Kingdom ✨🎆

We raced through the parks with Lightning Lanes and got to experience some of Disney’s biggest attractions with little wait time! ⚡

🚂 Took a ride on the newly refreshed Big Thunder Mountain Railroad — smoother track updates, enhanced effects, and the same wildest ride in the wilderness energy we all love!

🏍️ Entered the Grid on TRON Lightcycle / Run — still one of the coolest and fastest thrills at Disney.

🐸 And splashed into the bayou on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure with amazing music, beautiful scenes, and so many fun details inspired by Princess Tiana’s story.

Lightning Lanes definitely helped us maximize the magic and skip those long standby lines! ✨

Need a break from the Florida heat at EPCOT? ☀️❄️

Head over to the Mickey & Friends meet-and-greet inside CommuniCore Hall! This indoor, air-conditioned meet-and-greet lets you see Mickey, Minnie, and Goofy all in one line — plus photos and autographs with all three characters! 📸🐭✨

Bonus: the wait was super short today, making it the perfect midday Disney break! 💙

You have to stop at the food booths at the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival 🌸🌿🍴

Today’s favorites at EPCOT included:

🌽 Grilled Street Corn on the Cob with savory garlic spread and Dairy-Free Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs
🍤 Orange-Sesame Tempura Shrimp with orange-chile sauce
🍖 Miso Cola-glazed Sticky Pork Ribs topped with spicy pickled peppers and peanuts
🍗 Jamaican Jerk Chicken with pigeon pea rice, roasted sweet plantains, and cinnamon butter

My niece has a gluten allergy and while the food was delicious, navigating a gluten allergy at some of the booths was definitely challenging and required extra checking of menus and ingredients.

Disney does a better job than most places with allergy information, but festivals can still take a little extra planning if you have dietary restrictions.

So many beautiful Disney characters brought to life through flowers and greenery — everywhere you look is picture perfect! One of my favorite times of year at Disney. 🌺💚
