What is Xiao Zhou Tian (小周天)?

Xiao Zhou Tian is a Taoist concept and practice related to Qi (vital energy) cultivation.
It literally means “the Small Heavenly Circulation”, commonly known in the West as the Microcosmic Orbit.

In simple terms 👉 it is a practice of training Qi (氣) to circulate in a continuous internal loop along the body’s two primary energy channels.
The main energy channels involved are:
Du Mai (督脉) – the Governing Vessel (back midline)

👉 from the coccyx → up the spine → neck → crown of the head
Ren Mai (任脉) – the Conception Vessel (front midline)

👉 from the tongue → chest → abdomen → navel → returning down to the lower abdomen
When Qi flows smoothly and continuously through this complete circuit, it is said that the Microcosmic Orbit has been opened.

The core principle of Xiao Zhou Tian
Xiao Zhou Tian is about circulating internal Qi,
not about forced concentration or imaginary visualization.

The practice integrates:

Breathing
A calm and settled mental state
Body posture and hand seals (mudras)
All of this is centered on the Lower Dantian (丹田), the primary energy reservoir of the body.
Traditionally believed benefits include:
Improved health and smooth circulation of Qi and blood

A calm, deep, and stable mind
Increased vitality and emotional balance
Serving as a foundation before progressing to Da Zhou Tian (大周天), the Great Heavenly Circulation
Important clarification

Xiao Zhou Tian is not the same as Buddhist enlightenment.

It is an energy-based internal cultivation method, not a path of liberation in the Buddhist sense.

☯️ The heart of Taoist practice lies in
nourishing life energy, extending longevity, and maintaining balance and harmony.

Go Travel !! Lom Phu Khew, a sinkhole in Lampang Province, is an emerald-green water source that never dries up.

Lom Phu Khew is a natural sculpture formed by the collapse of the Earth’s crust or limestone layers, which may have originally been a cave. When the upper cave ceiling collapsed, it created a basin that collects water — a phenomenon known as a sinkhole.

Scholars estimate its age to be over 280 million years. Local villagers discovered it while trekking through the forest and found a beautiful emerald-green body of water, which they then named "Lom Phu Khew."

However, many are unaware that this place is steeped in mysterious legends — including tales of a great serpent or Naga guarding the sacred waters, and stories of supernatural forces hidden within this ancient forest.

Lom Phu Khew is located within Tham Pha Thai National Park, in Ban On Subdistrict, Ngao District, Lampang Province. It is a large water basin formed by the collapse of the Earth's crust, surrounded by steep limestone mountains and dry evergreen forest.

The water in the sinkhole is emerald green and unfathomably deep. A diving expedition once reached a depth of 42 meters, yet the bottom of the sinkhole has still not been found.

Go Travel !! Beautiful waterfall in the north of Thailand "Kor Luang" Mae Ping National Park, Li District, Lamphun Province.

For those looking for a beautiful greenish-blue waterfall in the forest, "Kor Luang Waterfall" is another place worth visiting. From my personal experience, I think that this place manages tourism quite well. There is water all year round, there are officers at every point, toilets, tents, tables, barbecue areas, washing areas, and even park bungalows to accommodate tourists

When you arrived at the parking lot, you have to walk another 500 meters to visit the waterfall above, but swimming is not allowed here. You can only take pictures to enjoy the atmosphere. Judging from the color of the water, it is quite deep and dangerous.
