Location: Koh Samui / Angthong National Marine Park Cruise
Vessel: 30 Meters Luxury Sailing Yacht
Are you a fluent German speaker with a passion for the ocean and luxury hospitality?
We are looking for an energetic, professional German-Speaking Tour Host to join our crew aboard a luxury sailing yacht exploring the stunning Angthong National Marine Park with a maximum capacity of 30 pax .
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction, loves being at sea, and is physically fit to join guests on island activities.
The Role
Host and take care of German-speaking guests during day tours
Communicate tour information and safety briefings in German and English
Ensure guests enjoy a relaxed, professional, and high-end experience onboard
Assist with onboard service and guest needs throughout the trip
Accompany guests on island stops, including hiking to scenic viewpoints
Share knowledge about the marine park, islands, and local environment
Support the crew to ensure smooth and enjoyable tours
Earnings & Schedule
Base Pay: 2,000 – 2,500 THB per trip (depending on experience)
Tips: High earning potential (average 300 – 1,000 THB per trip)
Schedule: 4–6 tours per week
Total Potential Earnings: Up to 15,000 – 21,000 THB per week (including tips)
Requirements
Age range: 20–40 years
Physically fit and comfortable hiking to viewpoints with guests
Fluency in German and good English skills
Excellent communication skills and a strong service-minded attitude
Comfortable working on a sailing vessel and spending full days at sea
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Previous experience in tourism, guiding, or hospitality is an advantage
