We've opened up a new unit at the building for holiday rentals! Introducing our penthouse one-bedroom apartment: this top floor unit is directly next to our highly-desired penthouse two-bedroom apartment, and features great views of our pool and the Chaweng Noi hills from the large private balcony.

Formerly used as a staff unit, it has been thoroughly refreshed with updated furniture, new air conditioners in both the bedroom and living room, and fully repainted. Ask for this unit, Apartment #11, for your next stay at our Residence!

It's barely 2020, but it's already awards season in the tourism industry. It’s been another year of incredible experiences, and our guests have spoken. Booking.com has officially announced us as an award winner for their "TRAVELLER REVIEW AWARDS 2020", which recognises partners for their exceptional hospitality, as evidenced in the review scores left by travellers after their stay.

With this year's awards, Booking.com has changed the year shown on the annual award, as they wanted the Awards to appear more relevant for the period in which they would be displayed. Therefore, the Award year says 2020 but reflects the scores left by guests for all of 2019.
