This week, we’re adjusting our schedule in observance of Makha Bucha Day (Wednesday 12th), a significant Buddhist holiday in Thailand when alcohol sales are prohibited. Closing on this day allows our team members who wish to participate the opportunity to visit the temple to make offerings and mark this meaningful occasion.

Today, we're shining a spotlight on two of our most-loved starters, perfect for kicking off your meal at 2 Fishes with a touch of Italian magic:

~ Guazzetto di Cozze, Vongole e Fregola ~
A hearty bowl of sautéed mussels and clams, in a flavourful white wine, garlic, chilli, and tomato broth, paired with Sardinian cous cous.

~ Prosciutto di Parma con Zucchine Marinate ~
Delicately sliced, 18-month aged Parma ham served alongside grilled bread kissed by an open flame and paired with marinated zucchini.

These dishes are made to impress, and they’re best enjoyed with good company, a chilled glass of wine, and the sound of the waves in the background!

We had a fabulous meal - the seafood was so fresh and beautifully prepared. We had cocktails and wine, and a delicious dessert commended by David, who also took time to write down things for us to do and see on Samui.
