Terms and conditions
* We will arrange 7 nights accommodation at $250.00 USD.
* This will be a studio apartment which can accommodate a couple.
* You'll be required to arrange your own flights & we will arrange your pick up and drop off at the airport for when you arrive and when you leave. (please note you'll need to provide your flight details in order for this to happen).
* During your stay you'll be required to visit Pool Villa 18. In addition, during your site visit, one of the project consultants will discuss what's available to you in terms of purchasing a villa. This will take approximately half a day.
* By taking this offer, you are under no obligation to purchase a villa. Your decision will be subject to, however you feel after you have visited the site and have spoken to the project consultant.
* You should be married or living together for more than two years.
* Should have a joint annual income of 100 000 USD.
* Be between the ages of 30-60
* Must be a property owner
* This offer is subject to the availability of the accommodation and it will be done on first come first serve basis ( space is limited).
