The Department handles more than 70% of the cruise lines that visit Thailand and provides transfers, tours, shore excursions, hotel accommodations and sightseeing etc. The Special Events Division is able to provide planning, logistics and related services for meetings, incentives, conventions, exhibitions, special events and theme parties etc. For special interest groups, we are able to coordinate meetings between corporations and government agencies. This division has the capability of handling from a small group to more than a thousand participants. Other services include Meet & Greet, transfers, hotel accommodation, and individual and package tours in Thailand for both FIT and Group. Branch offices in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai & Phuket
The branch offices have the expertise and capability of handling many varied functions of the head office. Our Chiang Mai office, also being IATA member, handles airlines ticket sales and tours for both FIT and groups as well as chartered flights. Our Manager for Northern Thailand, a Cum Laude graduate with BA in Social Science from Chiang Mai University, Miss Piyawan Thongbai, is also based there. Our Phuket office, also being IATA member, handles airlines ticket sales as well as provides ground handling, shore excursions, transfers and tours for cruise passengers on a weekly basis. Our Manager for Southern Thailand, a graduate with MA in Business Administration, Marketing from Saint Joseph University, Pennsylvania, U.S.A., Mrs. Orachorn Saisrithong, is also based in Phuket. The Outbound Department is under the direct supervision of Ms. Bencharit assisted by Ms. Viparwan Chaiprakorb who has experience in the airline business being Manager of Pacific Leisure both leisure and business travelers for domestic and foreign travel, individually or in group, with air ticketing, hotel reservation and transportation. Mr. Aniwat Laopiroon, who has more than 30 years of experience in the airline industry, is Head of the Air-Ticketing Unit. We have an in-plant service at UNESCO and are also purveyors to both leading local corporations like Boon Rawd Brewery Co., Ltd., Italian Thai Development Co., Ltd., Kasikorn Bank and Multi-National Corporations like Kimberly Clark Thailand, ESSO etc. SEA Tours is also the Preferred and General Sales Agent for the following quality products:
