Honestly, I don’t want to keep explaining this again as everything has already been clarified.

The trip was fully arranged, and all payments were already made to the boat company, which does not allow refunds. We also did not take any deposit because we trusted the customer.

We informed the customer in advance about the boat issue and gave them options, which they accepted. On the travel day, they went on the trip, but later chose to return due to sea conditions and personal comfort, even though the captain confirmed the trip could continue safely.

After returning, they requested a refund. We checked with the boat company, and their version did not match the customer’s claim. We also invited them to the Tourist Police to clarify everything fairly, but they refused and insisted only on a refund.

A refund is not possible as the service was already provided and the boat company does not refund. The customer still reached Phi Phi Islands and chose to return voluntarily.

We informed them of all conditions, including possible rain, and everything was transparent. The decision to continue or cancel was made with full awareness in advance. 25/5/26 reconfirm 28/5/26 have change 29/5/26 travel
