ทางโรงแรมขอเรียนชี้แจงว่า เราไม่เคยส่งลิงก์ภายนอก หรือข้อความที่มีลิงก์ใด ๆ ไปยังลูกค้าผ่านช่องทางที่ไม่เป็นทางการ และไม่มีนโยบายติดต่อแขกผ่านหมายเลขหรือบัญชีที่ไม่ใช่ของโรงแรมโดยตรง
หากท่านได้ทำการจองผ่าน Booking.com, Trip.com, Expedia หรือ Agoda และในระบบของแพลตฟอร์มนั้นยังไม่แสดงสถานะยกเลิกการจอง รายการจองของท่านยังคงได้รับการยืนยันและมีผลสมบูรณ์
เพื่อความปลอดภัยของท่าน กรุณาอย่าคลิกลิงก์ที่ไม่ทราบแหล่งที่มา และอย่าเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนตัวหรือข้อมูลการชำระเงินให้กับบุคคลที่อ้างว่าเป็นตัวแทนของโรงแรมผ่านช่องทางหรือหมายเลขที่ไม่เป็นทางการ โดยโรงแรมของเราตั้งอยู่ในประเทศไทย และหมายเลขจากต่างประเทศ (เช่น อินโดนีเซีย) ไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับทางโรงแรมแต่อย่างใด
หากเกิดกรณีดังกล่าวขึ้น ทางโรงแรมขอเรียนให้ทราบว่า Oscar Villa ไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง รับผิดชอบ หรือมีส่วนร่วมกับการติดต่อ การส่งลิงก์ หรือการดำเนินการใด ๆ ที่มาจากช่องทางที่ไม่ใช่ช่องทางอย่างเป็นทางการของโรงแรม
ขณะนี้ทางเรากำลังตรวจสอบเรื่องดังกล่าว และจะดำเนินการแก้ไขโดยเร็วที่สุด

Our hotel is located in Thailand, and any foreign phone numbers (for example, from Indonesia) are not connected with our hotel in any way.
