Rules right now;
For Phuket, Krabi, Koh Samui and Phang Nga it is 7 days Sandbox, which means 7 days in the Sandbox area before you can travel to other parts of Thailand. You just need to book a hotel for 7 days, and 2 PCR-Tests.

For Bangkok it is is Quarantine 7 days and 2 PCR-tests right now. It might change soon again to just 1 days (Test & Go)
