Some things got in my belly before I could snap them 📸
There was also a Massaman curry spring roll, a Thai green curry spring roll, and a portion of my favourite coconut pancakes. This is a selection of seafood pancakes- salmon, octopus, crabstick, eggroll. All topped with soy, wasabi mayonnaise, dried shrimps and seaweed
I didn't have the fried quail egg kebab, a decision I regret with hindsight!

Another "almost" for the sunset tonight. More clouds in the horizon blocking the afterglow- the rest of the sky was really promising too. There's always tomorrow! It was pretty epic being in the pool and watching the sun go down 😎

It's been a couple of days since I posted a dinner report. This is the world's best stir fry, according to TasteAtlas, Pad Kra Pow (it was missing a fried egg), with the regular accompaniment of Spicy Papaya Salad and a Leo. 🤤😋🤤
