Koh Talabeng and Koh Phi (Ghost Island) are ancient limestone islands over 250 million years old located in the Ko Lanta archipelago of Krabi Province, Thailand. They do not possess a recorded human history or ancient mystical legends, but are highly celebrated for their geological formations, emerald waters, and unique sea caves.

Natural and Geological Highlights

Geological Age: Formed from Permian-era limestone over 250 million years old, shaped by millions of years of wind and wave erosion.

Koh Talabeng: Features towering limestone cliffs resembling Koh Phi Phi Leh, a small hidden beach visible only at low tide, and large sea caves filled with stalactites and stalagmites.

Koh Phi (Ghost Island): Situated just north of Koh Talabeng, this island features a distinct cliffside formation that closely resembles a giant human skull with hollow eyes and a mouth visible from a distance
