Krabi may be best known for its islands, beaches and dramatic limestone cliffs, but the province is also home to an important coastal ecosystem that offers a completely different experience the Krabi River Estuary and its surrounding mangrove wetlands.
🌿 The estuary is where freshwater and seawater environments meet, creating mudflats, mangrove forests and tidal channels that provide feeding and resting areas for a variety of birds.
