Did it again.
IM Danang 70.3
After hearing all the stories how bad the race was in the past, we were very positive surprised how well and controlled the race was organized. The swimming was reduced to 700m due to strong waves and undercurrent, the Cycle course was narrow but well marshaled, unfortunately I had a flat tyre 3 km before the T2, lost 20 minutes for repair on the course. The run was flat , hot and humid and every 1.8km a waterstation well equipped and even better ice water container along the course. Amazing friendly volunteers. Shortfalls are the timely swim start and the Expo space and layout. Overall a good race with good results.
