I just found these pics of me and my best friend in Thailand I took when we were dying of chilli overload at Som Tam Neur in Siam. The server admitted the chef used some type of mutant chilli for the somtam. The NTM, however, was transformative.

Finally gave in and tried McDonald's Namtok Moo burger. Impressively useless packaging but quality slab of Kurobuta pork and surprisingly spicy. Conclusion: have you ever eaten namtok moo and thought it might be better with bread? Neither have I
