กรุงเทพฯ 31 กรกฎาคม 2563 - บริษัท สายการบินนกสกู๊ต จำกัด (“สายการบินนกสกู๊ต”) ขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่าสายการบินนกสกู๊ตได้จดทะเบียนเลิกบริษัทกับกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า กระทรวงพาณิชย์ เมื่อวันที่ 29 กรกฎาคม 2563 แล้ว โดยสายการบินนกสกู๊ตได้แต่งตั้งผู้ชำระบัญชีจากบริษัท สำนักงานกฎหมายสยามซิตี้ จีพี จำกัด เพื่อดำเนินการตามหน้าที่ที่บัญญัติไว้ตามกฎหมายในการชำระสะสางการงานที่คงค้างของสายการบินนกสกู๊ต นอกจากนี้ การจัดการต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับบรรดาสิทธิ หน้าที่ และทรัพย์สินทั้งหมดของสายการบินนกสกู๊ตจะอยู่ในความดูแลของผู้ชำระบัญชีต่อไป
ดังนั้น หลังจากวันที่ 29 กรกฎาคม 2563 เป็นต้นไป ผู้ชำระบัญชีของสายการบินนกสกู๊ตจะดำเนินการภายในกรอบระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนดเพื่อแจ้งรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับการติดต่อชำระหนี้ หรือยื่นคำทวงหนี้ หรือขอรับชำระหนี้ให้เจ้าหนี้ของบริษัททราบต่อไป ทั้งนี้ ท่านสามารถติดต่อผู้ชำระบัญชีได้ผ่านทาง [email protected]
ANNOUNCEMENT
Bangkok, 31 July 2020 - NokScoot Airlines Co., Ltd. (“NokScoot”) would like to inform that NokScoot registered for the dissolution of the company with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, on 29 July 2020 in which NokScoot has appointed Siam City Law Offices GP Limited as the Liquidators to carry on their duties according to Thai law to settle ongoing and/or pending affairs of NokScoot. In this regard, the arrangement of all NokScoot’s rights, responsibilities and assets is now under the Liquidators’ supervision.
Accordingly, after 29 July 2020, the Liquidators will provide creditors further detail regarding the debt repayment, demand or receipt of payment within the timeframe prescribed by Thai law. Going forward you can contact the liquidators at [email protected]
