Our Story

Our intention for Ocken is to be a place where delicious and exciting ideas can come together and be shared among people who love to eat. Our dishes are inspired by memories and experiences of travels and cultures, from both near and afar. It is this free-spirited nature that takes the forefront of our cuisine, and allows us to explore creative techniques, bold flavor combinations and just to really have fun cooking with no boundaries.
