The spacious living area includes an indoor and outdoor dining area, living room and fully equipped western kitchen. Both bedrooms are good-sized and have ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Facilities include a 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘄𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 allocated to the unit for one car. There is a gated entry and key-card access which provides a very high level of security and privacy with only 16 exclusive terrace units in this gated complex with private.
