Loy Kratong & Yee Peng festival in the small village.
-My home town- 🌳🌿💚
Yee Peng is a celebration in the Loy kratong. Only in the northern part of Thailand.
We decorates house with the Lanterns and down the street for respect to the full moon .🌕

Yee Peng's release of lanterns (Khom Loi) into the sky against the bright full moon,decorating the lanterns (Khom Fai) around the house and down the street, the best time of year to give merit to Buddha, symbolizes the leaving of darkness into a bright future.
Making wishes to Buddha as you give merit this way is part of the tradition. if you make a wish when you set off the lantern, it will come true.
So l would like share my merit this time to all friends all around the world.
