Hotel in Chiang Mai (HIC) organized the Get Together & Networking on October 30, 2024.🤝
⏲️Time: 13.00 - 16.00 hrs
📍 Location: Baan Boo Loo Village
We warmly welcomed everyone to the HIC meeting. The day began with Khun Adi sharing the concept of Baan Boo Loo Village and highlighting some of the finest ingredients. This was followed by a delightful break prepared by Chef Ton from Baan Boo Loo, featuring exceptional black pepper from Trang, provided by Khun Sai. Chef Ton then showcased a food demonstration of Shan-style cuisine with a dish called Jin Lung (จิ้นลุง). Additionally, guests enjoyed organic rice boiled with rice leaf tea called Kao Ya Koo(ข้าวยาคู), presented by Khun Mint from Baan Rai Ton Fun.
After the break, we continued our discussions on Regenerative Tourism and the activities created by the HIC group and Touring Center, Tours in Chiang Mai, Thailand will also as a coordinator, connect with partners for both the present and the future. We also planned for 2025, focusing on marketing and networking with the southern provinces.

We also have a chance to welcome K.Golf Nontawat Machai K.Golf GolfThanupon Yindee & K.Eye Prapassorn Konmuang from Chiang Mai Performing Arts Festival for further collaboration between Hotel in Chiang Mai and Performers in Chiang Mai which we also had another 1 meeting after HIC Get Together & Networking Meeting on those day. 28/07/67 วันสุดท้ายของการเรียนรู้ศาสตร์พระราชา ผ่านโครงการ พอแล้วดี The Creator พวกเราได้รับการปรับจูนทิศทางในการทำธุรกิจของแต่ละคนไปในทิศทางที่ควรจะเป็นในแบบ พอแล้วดี ด้วย #ปรัชญาเศรฐกิจพอเพียง โดยอาศัยหลักการ #3ห่วง2เงื่อนไข เป็นแก่น บวกกับการมีจิตสำนึกต่อสังคม ซึ่งจะอยู่ในตัวของพวกเรา #พอแล้วดีTheCreator๙
จากวันแรกที่ไป Audition ได้นั่งฟังหลายคน Present ก็ถึงคิวผม ซึ่งผมได้บอกกรรมการ (Trainer) ไปว่า ถึงผมจะได้เข้าร่วมโครงการนี้หรือไม่ก็เป็นไรเพราะอย่างน้อยผมก็ได้รู้ว่ามีคนตัวเล็กๆ จากหลายที่ หลายอาชีพ ที่ไม่ได้ทำตามกระแสไม่ว่า มิ้น Thanawadee Klunngein กิ๊ฟ Sarisa Namsin เล็ก Piya Somkeatvera หมอนัท/หมอทราย Nut Sappaya Sine Bongkoch และอีกหลายๆ คน แค่นี้ก็ได้เติมพลังให้ตัวผมเองแล้ว
และในที่สุดผมก็ได้ผ่านเข้ามาเป็น 1 ใน 20 แบรนด์ แต่ละ session ที่ได้เรียนรู้ ผมค่อยๆ เห็นกระบวนความคิดของ brand เหล่านั้นซึ่งหลายคนมีพลังและใจที่ใหญ่มาก หลายคนใหญ่เกินกว่ากำลังของตัวเอง จนเหนื่อย และ หมดพลัง (จริงมั๊ย???)
ประโยคที่ได้ยินในวันแรกๆ จาก Trainer ทุกท่าน คือ “ยินดีต้อนรับรุ่น 9 มาเป็น #ครอบครัวพอแล้วดี” ณ ตอนนั้นก็ไม่ได้รู้สึกพิเศษอะไรเพราะมองว่ามันก็เป็นธรรมดาที่จะมีรุ่นพี่รุ่นน้อง มีเพื่อน มี trainer และ คนอื่นๆ มาเป็น network กันในแบบเดียวกับหลายๆ ที่ ที่สำคัญการที่ต้อง Pitching กันโดยต้องรวม พอแล้วดี the Creator อีก 8 รุ่น มาร่วมกันทำงาน และรุ่น 9 เป็น Project Leader ซึ่งก็ยังกังวลอยู่ว่า "ใครจะมาสนใจคุยกับเรา เพราะเราเป็นใครก็ไม่รู้"
พอมาถึง session 9 (วันที่ 2) มีตัวแทนจากแต่ละรุ่นมาแชร์ประสบการณ์ ผมได้เห็นการ collab / support / ให้คำปรึกษาซึ่งกันและกัน ทำให้เริ่มเข้าใจคำกล่าวต้อนรับชัดเจนขึ้น และคลายกังวลเรื่องความร่วมมือสำหรับ pitching ช่วงปลายปี
วันสุดท้ายในช่วงบ่ายที่ต้อง present สรุปสิ่งที่ได้เรียนรู้มา การนำไปต่อยอด และ การขยายผล มี the Creator ทุกรุ่นมาอยู่ด้วยกันยิ่งทำให้รู้สึกว่า ที่นี่มันคือที่อะไรกัน ทำไมถึงมีแต่คนที่มุมมอง และ แนวคิด ไปในทิศทางเดียวกันอยู่รวมกันเต็มไปหมด...ย้อนกลับไปที่คำถาม-คำตอบของผมในวันแรก ที่ว่า “ผมไม่รู้ว่าผมจะต้อมาทำอะไรที่นี่ เพราะผมก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งคนที่ คิดดีและทำดี หรือ อย่างน้อยก็ไม่ได้เอาเปรียบใคร” ซึ่งตอนนี้ผมได้รู้แล้วว่ามีอย่างน้อยๆ 2 เหตุผลว่าทำไมผมต้องเข้าโครงการนี้...นั่นคือ
1) เพื่อ #เติมพลังบวกให้ตัวเอง เพื่อให้สามารถทำสิ่งที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อไปได้ โดยเฉพาะจากคน “พอแล้วดี” ทุกคน
2) เพื่อค้นหา Unique Selling Propositions ที่แท้จริงให้กับ Touring Center, Tours in Chiang Mai, Thailand ที่จากเดิมพยายามดันข้อดีขึ้นมาให้เป็น ซึ่งสุดท้ายกลายเป็น “เราดีกว่าบาง brand อีกนิดหน่อยเอง!”
ในวันนี้ ได้นำเอาจุดเล็กๆ ที่มีคุณค่ามาขยายความ ทำให้เด่นชัดขึ้นจนกลายเป็น Brand Positioning มี Attributes เป็นเครื่องมือ ในการสื่อสารกับทุกคนว่า..."Touring Center จะนำเสน่ห์แห่งวิถีวัฒนธรรม และ ธรรมชาติที่งดงามของเชียงใหม่ให้กลับมาเพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์การท่องเที่ยวที่มีความหมายแก่นักท่องเที่ยว"
สุดท้ายนี้สำหรับพอแล้วดี the Creator ผม เพื่อนๆ และ the creator ทั้ง 8 รุ่นจะ #สืบสานและส่งต่อ คุณค่าที่ได้รับมาต่อไป

"Mini Job Fair Meeting" from the collaboration of Hotel in Chiang Mai and the Tourism & Hospitality of the Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna. The purpose of this event is to bring the organization and the student to meet and match for further internships.

After discussing, we finalized the event schedule to organize in August 2023. The exact date will be updated soon.
