ที่สมาคม YMCA เมื่อวันที่ 13 ก.ค 2558 ที่ผ่านมา ได้ทำการเปิดคอร์สเรียนภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก สมาชิก Y'men มาช่วยเป็นอาจารย์พิเศษในการสอนครั้งนี้ เจ้าหน้าที่ทุกท่านตั้งใจเรียนกันเต็มที่

"The Full fill life" was arranged at YMCA. Chiang Mai on June 11,2014 for first time aw the staff training.The topic of training is"Full Fill dreamer for society" by Police Senior Sergeant Major Simanon Posuwan as belong to Traffic Police Team. He has mental mind and making benefits to social. Inside the event, YMCA's staff and the police sing songs to encourage and suggested about live.

On 9 May 2014, YMCA Hotel welcomed the 36 members of Lee University consisted of 30 students and 6 lecturers.

The group of visitors stayed in YWCA Hotel for 12 days. For this trip, visitors went to the popular attractive places in Chiangmai and they departed from Chaingmai on 21 May 2014. Before departure, the souvenirs were provided to visitors by the hotel.

World No To***co Day (WNTD) is observed around the world every year on May 31. It is intended to encourage a 24-hour period of abstinence from all forms of to***co consumption across the globe. The day is further intended to draw global attention to the widespread prevalence of to***co use and to negative health effects, which currently lead to 5.4 million deaths worldwide annually. The member states of the World Health Organization (WHO) created World No To***co Day in 1987. In the past twenty years, the day has been met with both enthusiasm and resistance across the globe from governments, public health organizations, smokers, growers, and the to***co industry.

TCEB and Chiang Mai government co-hosted the 1st D-MICE Mart at the Convention Centre to promote local economy on May 7th.
The conference aimed to promote the convention industry in Chiang Mai. The D-MICE Mart also supports the Greater Mekong Sub-region(GMS) and Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral, Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) agreement to make Chiang Mai a future destination for international MICE Marts.

TCEB President Nopparat Maythaveekulchai said the mart would become a major business market to support the growth of domestic events. TCEB will support Thailand’s MICE market and economy and help it become less dependent on outside investors. The MICE Mart will go to five cities around the country: Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen, Pattaya and Phuket.

Governor Wichian Puttiwinyu told reporters that he’s satisfied overall with the MICE industry in the past year. “The conventions help regional and national markets. Chiang Mai is proud to host such important international seminars. The city also witnessed the agreement signing between TCEB and Sapporo’s MICE. For the year 2014, Chiang Mai government will focus on regional market under the GMS/BIMSTEC agreement to make Chiang Mai’s MICE market up to international standard.” said the governor.

Chiang Mai Provincial Labour Protection and Welfare Office with organisations working with the Ministry of Labour will arrange the event for Labour Day 2013 titled ‘Chiang Mai Labour Road to AEC’ (rough translation) on Wednesday 1st May at Thapae Gate.
There will be a parade with 1,000 Thai and international people marching from Three Kings Monument to Tha Pae Gate. The march will start at 7.30 a.m. There will also be activities such as local sports and Som Tam and Larb cooking contests. The activities will finish at 2 p.m.
