Our 6-day journey through the enchanting landscapes of Northern Thailand has come to a wonderful end, with 3 days in Chiang Rai and 3 days in Chiang Mai, filled with unforgettable stories, breathtaking beauty, and meaningful experiences.
Chiang Rai welcomed us with its remarkable temples, rich in both artistic beauty and historical significance. We visited the Black House Museum (Baan Dam), the Hall of O***m Museum, the Golden Triangle, and enjoyed the spectacular Skywalk at Wat Phra That Pha Ngao. We also took a boat trip along the Mekong River and crossed into Laos to explore a local riverside market, where we experienced the simple yet charming way of life along the banks of the Mekong.
Chiang Mai offered equally special memories. We spent precious time with elephants in their natural home, surrounded by mountains, forests, and streams. We climbed the famous Sticky Waterfall (Bua Tong) using ropes all the way to the top, visited the iconic Wat Phra That Doi Suthep and the peaceful Wat Pha Lat, and learned about local craftsmanship at the traditional umbrella-making village, where the centuries-old techniques are still carefully preservedâfrom boiling tree bark to make handmade paper to crafting each umbrella frame by hand with exceptional skill and care.
Every destination we visited was more than just a sightseeing stop. It was an opportunity to connect with people, culture, nature, and the stories that make Thailand one of the most captivating destinations in the world.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the two wonderful families from Spain for choosing Jeff Tour as part of your Northern Thailand journey. Thank you for every smile, every laugh, every shared experience, and every beautiful memory we created together.
If you are looking for a journey that goes beyond simply visiting famous attractions, and instead allows you to experience the true heart and soul of Northern Thailand, we would be honored to welcome you on one of our future tours.
Until we meet again on another beautiful journey.
With our sincere appreciation,
Jeff Tour
