🚨 “Visa Cascade” ไม่ใช่ฟรีวีซ่า และไม่ใช่เข้ายุโรปได้โดยไม่ต้องขอวีซ่านะคะ ❌🇪🇺

ช่วงนี้หลายคนเข้าใจผิดจากคำว่า “Visa Cascade” ในโซเชียล ว่าเป็นเหมือน “ฟรีวีซ่า EU” หรือขอครั้งเดียวแล้วเข้าได้ยาว ๆ แบบอัตโนมัติ ซึ่งจริง ๆ แล้ว “ไม่ใช่” ค่ะ แต่เป็นหลักเกณฑ์เกี่ยวกับการพิจารณา “วีซ่าเชงเก้นแบบ Multiple Entry Visa (MEV)” โดยใช้แนวคิดเรื่อง “การสร้างประวัติการเดินทางที่ดี เพื่อเพิ่มความน่าเชื่อถือในการขอวีซ่าในอนาคต”

📌 สำคัญมาก:
Visa Cascade = ยังต้อง “ขอวีซ่า” ตามปกติ
ไม่ใช่ Free Visa
ไม่ใช่ Visa Waiver
และไม่ใช่สิทธิ์อัตโนมัติในการเข้ายุโรป

แนวคิดของระบบนี้คือ
หากผู้เดินทางเคยใช้วีซ่าเชงเก้นอย่างถูกต้อง มีประวัติเดินทางดี ไม่อยู่เกินกำหนด และปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขวีซ่า ก็อาจมีโอกาสได้รับวีซ่าระยะยาวขึ้นในอนาคต เช่น 1 ปี → 2 ปี → 5 ปี

📌 หลักเกณฑ์นี้ถูกระบุไว้ในกฎหมาย Visa Code ของสหภาพยุโรป ซึ่งเริ่มใช้ตั้งแต่ปี 2020

ตัวอย่างเช่น
• เคยได้และใช้วีซ่าเชงเก้นอย่างถูกต้อง → อาจมีโอกาสได้ Multiple Entry Visa ที่ยาวขึ้น
• หากมีประวัติเดินทางดีต่อเนื่อง → อาจได้รับวีซ่า 2 ปี หรือสูงสุด 5 ปี

แต่ต้องเข้าใจว่า
✅ ไม่ใช่สิทธิอัตโนมัติ
✅ ไม่ได้รับอนุมัติทุกคน
✅ ยังต้องยื่นเอกสาร ขอวีซ่า และผ่านการพิจารณาปกติ
✅ สถานทูตยังดูเรื่องการเงิน งาน ความน่าเชื่อถือ และเหตุผลการเดินทางร่วมด้วย
