Got it!!! Found the owner and leased it. It turns out the owner is my favorite landlord ever.
The Dagobah House will be ready for the next season. It will be available for short-term rentals only.
Some good news. There is a small orchard with durian, mango and jackfruit trees on the property, and you can even see the sea, if you stand on your tiptoes. :D
Now, a phone call with my friend/architect as this is completely new type of project for me.
