So you’re coming to Koh Phangan, aka the most diverse island in the Gulf of Thailand, “heaven on earth”, “paradise for digital nomads”, and one of the top 10 places to spend your winter according to several sources and thousands of people doing it. Either you’re just beginning to plan your trip, or you’re already on the island, we salute you for making the right decision - Koh Phangan is easily going to become your favorite place on earth, and you are most likely going to return here again and again. If you know the difference, this guide is definitely for you. Here you are not going to find out about Full Moon party or the most popular beaches on the island. We created this alternative guide to Koh Phangan to help you avoid crowds of tourists eating hamburgers (although we do have a recommendation for a good one on the island) and to share some tips with you on the most authentic experiences you can find on Koh Phangan. This Koh Phan-guide will give you plenty of things to do for at least a month or two, and we will continue creating more in-depth guides for Koh Phangan veterans, and for specific neighborhoods of the island. So add us on instagram () and ask any questions you may have left after reading this guide.
