As the sun rose on Australia Day, the Sydney Opera House was lit up with a spectacular artwork by proud Kamilaroi woman and artist, Rhonda Sampson.

Titled 'Diyan Warrane', the design highlights the important role played by First Nations women around the waters of Sydney Harbour through history.
